Do not fret because Non-members (or Guest Customers who are not registered as Business Owners) can also order Santé products online!

To process your orders, please follow these steps:

Go to and select “Shop As Guest”. Choose your Santé products then click “Add To Cart”. Once done, click “Proceed to Checkout”, and click “Checkout as Guest”.

Provide your Personal Information and Shipping Details. Then tick the box that says “Delivery (No Payment)”, then click “Place Order Now”. You will be then redirected to the Order Confirmation page. Do not forget to take note of your Order Confirmation Number. This will be your reference when tracking your order.

The accepted Modes of Payment for Non-Members are Fund Transfer and Cash Deposit only. To settle your payments, please see our bank details below.

Once payment is successful, immediately contact our Customer Service Team and provide the Order Confirmation Number, List of products ordered, and your proof of payment (either a screenshot of the Fund Transfer or a clear photo of the Cash Deposit slip). These details should reflect on your proof of payment: which bank used (BPI or BDO), bank branch, time and date of deposit or transfer, and amount of payment.

Once payment has been confirmed and verified, the Customer Service Representative will endorse your order to our Operations Team for packaging and release. Kindly wait for your tracking number that will be sent to your registered contact information.
