If you’re a Santé Business Owner, the My Santé Store App is the official e-commerce app where you can order legitimate Santé products, track your commission, and more. Aside from the Philippines, the My Santé Store App is also available in the seven Global Markets where Santé operates. Starting September 13, 2021, you can use the app if you live in UAE, Singapore, Qatar, Nigeria, Macau, Hong Kong, or Cyprus! If you’re using a laptop or a desktop, you can also access it from www.mysantestore.com.
Registering an account in the My Santé Store App is quick and easy. If you’re a new Business Owner, just follow the steps below:
- Click on the My Santé Store App.
- At the upper right of the screen, you will see the ‘Register’ button. Tap on the button.
- Choose ‘Individual’ or ‘Company’ in the registration type.
- For the membership type, click between ‘Business Owner’ or ‘Retailer’.
- Select the product package and your delivery option.
- Provide the details of yourself and your Santé Sponsor.
- Choose your preferred payment option–credit or debit via Paypal.
- Make a username and password.
- Complete your account registration.
Choose ‘Individual’ if you are using your personal details and ‘Company’ if you’re registering as a corporate entity. ‘Business Owner’ is applicable if you bought the Santé Retailer Kit and Activation Package. Choose ‘Retailer’ if you purchased the Retailer Kit. Registering via Business Owner using the My Santé Store App applies to UAE and Singapore for meantime.
If you’re an existing Business Owner, you can utilize the log-in details you use at www.santebarley.com.
One useful feature in the My Santé Store App is the online wallet. It will show your commissions, Greenium, and disbursements.
The commission page is available if you’re a Retailer or a Business Owner. If you want to view it, simply click on the arrow icon next to the Commissions area on the homepage.
This is Santé’s currency and can be used to buy Santé products or transfer funds to another Business Owner. To view your Greenium history, scroll down on your homepage until you see the wallet tab. Click on the Greenium category to view your transactions.
The disbursement feature allows you to request for your commission to be transferred to your Greenium account, bank account, or commission check. The disbursement summary can be seen next to the Commissions tab.
If you’re a Santé Retailer or Business Owner, having products available in your inventory is important to keep the sales going. Fortunately, shopping is easier with the My Santé Store App.
- Tap on the ‘Shop’ button at the homepage.
- Choose between ‘Regular’ and ‘Autoship’ product categories.
- Browse the Santé products available and add the items to your cart.
- Tap on the cart to see all your orders. Click on the ‘Checkout’ button if you’re done.
- Select your preferred mode of shipping—delivery or pickup. Fill in your complete address if you chose delivery.
- Choose your preferred payment option (Payment options vary per country): credit or debit card | Greenium or cash-on-delivery
- Complete your order.
The Autoship feature allows you to automatically order and receive your orders at your preferred schedule at fixed monthly intervals. This way, you don’t have to choose each product manually when shopping.
Shipping is available nationwide for international Santé Business Owners. Depending on your country, you can have your Santé products delivered to your preferred address or a pickup address. If you chose pickup, you can get your orders at the Santé Global Branch in your country.
